Changing Images Become Cartoon

1. Open the Photoshop program
2. On the layer menu, choose File> Open (Ctrl + O)
Select the image you want to make it as a object

Images must be bright and clean, so do not be difficult. If his image blurred, terangin wrote his picture using the Canvas

3. Duplicat background layer Layer> Layer Duplicat (Ctrl + J)

Images must be done at the time of the active layer 1

4. On the layer menu, choose Filter> Artistic> Poster edges

Set its Resolution:
- Edge Thickness = 10 Edge Inthensity = 4 Posterization = 0

Then, click on the icon that is under the New Effect Layer (next to the trash can image)

Then will come out the following boxes:

Options should be on the Film Grain, and set back its resolution, becomes:
- Grain = 0 - Highlight Area = 11 - Intensity = 10

Later still the same as above, click on the New Effect Layer icon (next to the trash)

And will be out the box like below:

For this time, Image selected with Cutout, and set her back a resolution to:
- Number of Levels = 8 Edge Simplicity = 2 Edge Fidelity = 3

Then click OK ....

Pictures will be like this:

Then stay 1 step back, then your image will be Done. Namely,,
